How do I request a fabric sample

You may request a fabric swatch by clicking Free Fabric Swatch link which is shownin red text under the 'Material' options on each product page. Customers can select up to 3 fabric swatches which we will post to you free of charge!

Do you have a showroom? Can I buy items from the showroom?

Yes! Our Sydney studio is open Mondays to Sundays and it’s located at 42D, 110 Bourke Road, Alexandria, Sydney. We welcome all visits however if you book an appointment we can better prepare for your visit. Book your appointment here!

You may place order directly in the studio as well, our friendly sales team will assist you with any questions you have!

Can I place an order over the phone?

What payment modes do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners) and PayPal. All payments are charged in AUD. Please note goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Castlery.

Where is your furniture made?

Our products are designed in-house and manufactured in China and South East Asia. We conduct rigid factory audits and background checks before working with any external partners to ensure the quality of furniture and the conditions of the workers and all our partners follow the strict regulations set by authorities.

Do your products come assembled?

Castlery furniture does not come pre-assembled. However, all our products include step by step assembly instructions. Feel free to contact our customer service line at 1800 000 868 if you require additional information regarding specific item assembly.

Can I self-collect the furniture?
